There are two parts of EBEC: the Case Study, whereby the teams receive a problem statement and they need to think about a solution. When the time is up, each team needs to present their case to a jury where they will have to defend their solution.
There is also Team Design, where the teams get a problem statement and they need to build a construction with given materials. Each design is presented to a jury which will decide the winners with the most elegant, cost effective and feasable to implement solution.
Students can register in teams of two or four people for one of the categories above. The competition will take place on Wednesday, 1st of March in Agora Leuven.
