Look no further! We’re excited to present Personalized Tracks, based on interpersonal skills research at KU Leuven. During our Kick-Off Evening, we’ll assess your ability in those skills and create a personalized training plan just for you! You’ll gain insight into the competencies that matter most to companies and learn how to sharpen them for your future career. Plus, we will send your CV to our partners and give you their feedback, regardless of the track you follow!

- A personalized assessment of your interpersonal skills, based on research by prof. Mark Van Achter.
- Targeted training sessions to build skills like assertiveness, cooperation, creative thinking, and more.
- A chance to connect with peers and company representatives at the 4 free receptions after the sessions, which includes a chocolate fountain! (Try your newly learned speech techniques here ;))
- A certificate of participation signed by the President of BEST Leuven, the company representatives of your track and the Dean of the faculty of Engineering Science.
